D2 Residence Process

1. Creation of the Company

Registering the brand of the company in Portugal;
Creating the Company in Portugal;
Opening the Bank account for the Company.

2. Submission of the D2 visa

1) Obtaining the Portuguese Tax Number Indicating the documents that we will need from your side:

Sending you the power of attorney for you to sign;
Conclusion with the obtaining of Portuguese Tax Number.

2) Opening a Portuguese Bank Account A Lawyer will be present with you on the Bank on the day of the signing the documentation to open the account until its conclusion (usually on the same day).

3) Applying for the D2 Visa:

Submission of the application for a Residency Permit under the D2 Visa;
Scheduling an appointment on the Portuguese SEF;
Verifying all the documents that must be presented to the Portuguese SEF on the day of the appointment;
Follow-up and finalization of your residency processes;
Accompaniment with a Lawyer, to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) on the day of the interview and the collection of biometric data for granting the Residence Permit;
Finalization of the Residence Permit Process.
