Valcorp carries out the processing of personal data (hereinafter – data processing) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/67 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter – the Regulation) and other relevant data protection legal acts.

When processing personal data, Valcorp follow the relevant data processing principles

• Purpose limitation – personal data are collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not further processed in a way incompatible with purpose.

Valcorp acquire personal data exclusively from our store customers in order to provide the service customer has purchased.

When you register account with Valcorp, certain personal data will be gathered, such as name, last name. When creating an order additional personal data may be required such as billing address.

When completing order Valcorp will be required to gather personal data such as name, last name, date of birth, residential address, and other personal information as required from our customers. Such data are submitted to Valcorp at the discretion of customers. In order to complete a successful order, customers must provide requested personal data.
The data received by Valcorp is solely the data that has been provided by the store customers, and is used only for the purposes to complete the order.

Valcorp may acquire additional personal data (name, surname, country) from persons that contact us through the Contacts page or email. In case a person has used our Contacts page to send us an email, and should the email contain personal data, the client agrees for the processing of personal data as such.

Valcorp does not collect any other types of personal data neither from the customers, nor visitors.

Valcorp when completing an order or carrying out due diligence/KYC requirements, may collect the following data:

• Customer’s name and surname;
• Personal code/identification code;
• Place of residence;
• Passport copy;
• Copy of utility bill;
• Billing information;
• Contact details.

Valcorp out the processing of personal data on the basis of the client’s consent, within the framework of online order to fulfil our obligations, or if the processing is necessary to meet our or third party’s vital interests.

Valcorp stores personal data in accordance with the relevant legal acts, not exceeding the limits of personal data storage and data use.

Valcorp at all times will protect our customers data, however, Valcorp shall not be liable towards customers for any illegal third party actions against Valcorp and consequential data loss.

Our customers have the right to contact us as a controller, requesting information about the personal data we have at our disposal, as well as to other data subject’s rights in accordance with the relevant data protection legal acts.
